Chuck was appointed to the commission in 2011. Chuck is a graduate of Brown City High School and attended the University of Michigan. He has been the manager of International Diamond since 1995.
Chuck has served on the Adrian city planning commission since 2010 and is a member of Adrian morning Rotary.
Chuck is married to Teresa and they have two children Nick and Marley.
