Thomas R. Faulhaber, 59, was first elected to a term as an Adrian City Commissioner from 1985-1989, and was elected to another four year term in November, 2011.  Tom is a lifetime resident of Adrian.  He attended high school at Adrian Catholic Central High School and Adrian High School, graduating in 1970.  He also attended Siena Heights University, majoring in Business Administration.  He is employed by the Adrian & Blissfield Rail Road in Adrian.

He has been an activist for highway improvements in the Adrian area for over 40 years.  In 2011 he founded Maple City Releaf, a non-profit organization with a stated goal of planting 5,000 trees and shrubs along streets and in parks in Adrian, working in partnership with the City of Adrian.  He is also a member of the Bethany Assembly of God church where he serves as an usher, the Croswell Opera House and Fine Arts Association, and the Lenawee Historical Society.

Tom is married to Marcia and has two children, Mark, 25, and Tonya, 23.
